Hot एयर मशीन

इसे SMD Hot Air Rework Station भी कहा जाता है. 

PCB पर लगे कम्पोनेन्ट IC, BGA IC, Connectors, आदि को निकालने लगाने में इसका उपयोग किया जाता है। 

इस मशीन में हवा एवं तापमान (Temperature) को कम ज्यादा करने के लिए बटन होते हैं 
जिसके द्वारा हम आवश्यकतानुसार सेट कर सकते हैं

DC Solder आयरन

बारीक/सुक्ष्म कार्य के लिए इसका प्रयोग किया जाता है जैसे माइक स्पीकर, रींगर के वायर को sold करना, LED निकालना लगाना 

यह डीसी (DC) से ऑपरेट होता है इसलिए इसे डीसी(DC) आयरन कहा जाता है.

25 Watt आयरन

इसका प्रयोग भी सोल्डींग और डिसोल्डींग के लिए किया जाता है.

सोल्डर वायर

सोल्डींग करने के लिए इस वायर का उपयोग किया जाता है 

आयरन के द्वारा इस सोल्डर वायर को पिघलाकर जहां भी सोल्डींग करनी हो वहां उसे लगाया जाता हैं.

सोल्डींग पेस्ट फ्लक्स

सोल्डींग फ्लक्स / पेस्ट की मदद से अच्छी गुणवत्ता की सोल्डींग की जाती है..

चिमटी सेट

इसके द्वारा सुक्ष्म कम्पोनेन्ट/ पार्टस को उठाने में मदद मिलती है.

जैसे माईक, स्पीकर, वाईब्रेटर के कान्टेक्ट पर अगर कार्बन आ जाता है तो इस साल्यूशन को रूइ या काटन में भिगोकर साफ किया जाता है.

BGA Kit

इसका उपयोग BGA आईसी को Reball करने में होता है.

PPD

इसका उपयोग BGA IC को Reball करने में होता हैं.

वायब्रेटर मशीन

इसके द्वारा पीसीबी को क्लीन (साफ) किया जाता है.

Flasher Box

यह अलग अलग मोबाइल की Flashing के लिए अलग अलग प्रकार का आता है 

जैसे UFS, Spiderman, Jaff, Infinity box, ATF Box , Z3X Flasher 

बाक्स की मदद से हम मोबाइल से की कइ तरह की समस्याओं को ठीक कर सकते हैं मोबाइल को अनलॉक कर सकते है। 

फॉरमेट कर सकते है। या फर्मवेयर को अपडेट कर सकते है।

AC DC Power Machine

इसका उपयोग बैटरी को झटका देने, 
बैटरी चैक करने व बिना बैटरी के मोबाइल को ऑन करके देखने मे किया जाता है.

इसके द्वारा प्लेट के पार्टस को बड़ा करके देखा जा सकता है।

What is flashing?

DCTx UFSx is a flashing software.

First you need to start DCTxUFSx software in your computer/PC.

Connect:- First you need to click on "connect" button. It will show details of the UFS box. If details are shown means UFS box is connected properly to the computer. Then you need to choose model for which do you want to do flashing. Choose your model from different catagories such as DCT3 , DCT4 etc.

Check : - Then you need to click on "Check" button. If "Ist Book Ok" message appears means mobile hardware is ok. If "IInd Book Ok" message appears means mobile Software is ok. If "Ist Book Error" message appears means mobile hardware is not ok.

Info:- If you click "Info" button it will show complete details of the mobile phone such as security code, manufacturing date, sofware version, software date etc.

Then you need to choose MCU and PPM file to flash. 
MCU = nhu5nx05.110 It is software file
PPM = nhu5nx05.11k It is a language file

Then click "Falsh" button to start flashing. Then wait a while to complete the flashing. If any error occurs in between the flashing then see the error message and according to the message take decision accordingly.
